Do you charge for trials?

Yes, just like any other service in the beauty industry, payment is required for your hair/ makeup trial.  Typically a trial will take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours.

Where do you conduct trials?

I  prefer to conduct trials at my premises in Abbotsford, NSW, however I can travel to you for an additional fee.

Do you work alone?

On occasion, I will have one or more of my very talented team work alongside me, especially for larger wedding parties or very early morning starts. I always want to ensure that all of my clients have the same level of service, without feeling rushed or stressed.

How do I secure my booking?

To secure your booking, a non refundable 40%  deposit is required.  This can be paid via direct deposit or in cash.  Full payment is required two weeks before the wedding via direct debit or in the form of cash on the day.

At present credit card payments are not available.

Do you charge for travel?

There is an initial mobile fee for the first 50km within the Sydney Metro Area.  Additional km's are calculated at $0.85 per km.

Do you travel outside of the Sydney Metro Area?

Yes. Depending on the location , accommodation will need to be provided at client's expense.   I am also available for destination weddings, Nationally and Internationally. Client is required to provide flights, accommodation and transport. More details available on request.

Do I need to provide parking?

Yes. I travel to you and bring my entire kit, which is over 20kgs. Parking fees will need to be paid by the client.

What products do you use?

I use a variety of products to work my magic. In my makeup kit, you'll find Giorgio Armani, Nars, Hourglass, Laura Mercier, Charlotte Tibury, Tarte and many more. For hair, I love Nak, Redken, ELEVEN, Kevin Murphy and Evo, just to name a few. It's best to let me know of any products you are allergic to.

Should I cut my hair before my wedding/special event?

I can access you hair when you have your trial and suggest the best course of action
